The university also exchanges students and develops training programs with many affiliated organizations around the world in order to enhance practicality, integration, and meet high-quality human resources in businesses.
 
Dr. Tran Anh Hoa - Dean of UEH School of Accounting - shared that the urgent need of society for quality accounting and auditing human resources meeting international standards is increasing when Vietnam joined the TPP and the ASEAN Economy Community (AEC). Accordingly, accounting is one of eight professions that can be freely transferred between ASEAN countries. In this context, the accounting training program integrated with the CFAB plus international certificate helps students not only accumulate professional knowledge but also be equipped with professional skills and attitudes to practice according to international standards. 
 
"The students are fully capable of becoming potential talents for businesses in the fields of finance and accounting. The CFAB international certificate is one of the factors contributing to helping students work in many countries and be interested in Big 4 enterprises", shared by Dr. Tran Anh Hoa.

ICAEW is the world's leading professional organization founded in 1880 in the United Kingdom. ICAEW and UEH School of Accounting had a meeting to welcome new students of the ICAEW CFAB plus integrated accounting training program. At the event, Ms. Le Bich Tran - ICAEW Education Market Development Manager provided more information about the organization's mission journey and ICAEW's companionship for new students.
 
ICAEW currently has 195,300 members working in 154 countries around the world, and more than 30,000 students and trainees are pursuing CFAB certification and the title of "Chartered Accountant". In Vietnam, ICAEW was established in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City, and more than 3,000 students are studying for the CFAB certificate.
 
Ms. Tran said that ICAEW also has a partner network of more than 6,000 businesses around the world. This will significantly support students in their career development path, especially at Big4 companies (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC - 4 leading audit and consulting service providers in the world).
 
Ms. Tran added that ICAEW will coordinate with UEH to organize useful workshops and business trips for CFAB+ students that are appropriate for each academic year, listed as Deloitte Vietnam business visits and finance workshops in the digital world in freshman year; data analysis workshop (Excel, Python, Power BI) from year 2 to year 4; Powerpoint presentation and presentation skills in year 2; skills in CV writing, interview and business visits in year 3; business culture workshops in year 4.
