The aim of ELG2023 is to provide a forum for academics and professionals to share research findings, experiences and knowledge for the economic, legal, and government aspects of inclusive green transition, as well as the potential social, environmental, and economic impacts of such transitions.

The green economy has been designated as the keystone of developing countries' development strategies. The green transition helps to effectively use natural resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, adapt to climate change, contribute to poverty alleviation, and generate a driving force to encourage economic progress toward sustainability. The green transition benefits the community while also encouraging economic development. However, the green transitions requires investments in technology and infrastructure. As a result, it is critical to explore the potential and problems connected with low-carbon transitions, investment, and economic finance. Furthermore, the green transition involves the development of laws and legal frameworks that promote sustainable investment activities. Laws and regulations promote the green transition by establishing standards for decarbonization and enhancing governance capacity toward long-term development.
