Communicating in today’s globalised world through Identity Understanding, Prejudice Minimization, and Tolerance

When the world is increasingly globalized, English communication skills are considered one of the necessary skills for people to integrate and develop. Of course, many people can communicate, but how many communicate effectively interculturally? This requires the flexible use of grammar, a variety of vocabulary, and a way to express one's thinking and ingenuity. Effective communication can help you achieve your goals quickly and make a good impression on your audience.

For many English learners, communication skills only stop at the level of "listening-understanding" and responding,"  but the truth is that this skill is much more complicated. Surely everyone has emailed teachers as students with different purposes. So, how do you choose words to suit the context and intonation and not offend the reader? This requires the communicator to have a solid foundation.

In addition, communicating effectively is even more challenging in a globalised world with hundreds of countries and thousands of cultures. With the rapid integration speed of Vietnam, students are now under more pressure when they have to work with and interact with many different cultures. Intercultural communication skills are extremely necessary.
